Custom Security Specialists, Inc. is an independent alarm services company in Beaufort, South Carolina.  Since 1998, they have provided commercial and residential security services in the Hilton Head Island and Beaufort County area.   Custom Security has installed and advocated for the Click2Enter (C2E) system over the past several years, and has played an integral role in passing area city ordinances requiring the use of C2E on gated communities in their area.

Custom Security President Bob All began lobbying for the use of C2E four years ago in Savannah, Georgia.  After making a presentation at a Savannah town council meeting, the City of Savannah passed an ordinance to standardize the systems on all new and existing gates in the Savannah/Chatham County area.

After this significant mandate, Bob continued advocating for the C2E system, professing its importance in safety and easy access.   "Once I explained the benefits to a developer, property manager, or even an existing gate home owners association, the response was 100%.  No one said no," says Bob.

While Custom Security continued to pitch the C2E to area emergency and administrative personnel in Beaufort County, it wasn't until early 2009 when the systems began to get serious attention.  A law suit threatening Beaufort County was developing because EMS personnel were delayed in entering a gate to tend to a heart attack victim.

With so many Beaufort County officials aware of the Click2Enter System, the answer was obvious.  Bob All again presented the Click2Enter System, this time to the Beaufort County Council.  Subsequently, a new ordinance was passed to standardize the systems on all new an existing gates.
