Bob All
Bob was originally from Allendale, SC but spent his summers in Lands End on St. Helena Island skiing and fishing. Bob started and managed the Hilton Head/Beaufort branch office of Home Safety Equipment Co. in 1981. Home Safety was acquired in 1986 by National Guardian, which later sold to Security Link, which sold once again to ADT. In 1998, Bob formed Custom Security Specialists in order to continue providing the integrity, professionalism and personal service that has become Bob’s trademark and foundation for success. He started by making his most cherished wife Nan the family eyes in the books, and then successfully cloned himself in his precious daughter Robin. He claims in many ways she is the better version! Not stopping there, he insists on a family atmosphere with all who work at Custom Security. Enjoying what they do is a requirement qualified by a bumper sticker in Bob’s office window which says, “You Know What is Right…Just Do It!”.
Nan All
Nan began working for Custom Security in 2001 wearing multiple hats in customer service and book keeping. The old saying, “behind ever good man is and even better wife” holds true as Nan provides a structured, organized, business flow that filters though out the company. She currently works part time handling our book keeping and accounting needs.
Robin All
Robin worked for Custom Security during the summer during her high school and college years. This combined with the previous 3 years as developed her skills to the point where she is capable of multi tasking between management and sales. Her product knowledge by way of customer feed back is superior. This all combined with a glowing personality makes her very well suited to meet your needs. Of course my opinion is a “little” bias being her dad.
Gabe Carper
With over 10 years experience in all of the services provided by Custom Security, Gabe is exceptionally qualified. His knowledge in access control allows us to provide integration of CCTV, Access Control, Fire and Security Systems. Our customers repeatedly refer to Gabe as “the nice young gentleman”. Gabe is highly analytical and a very good listener.
George Chmielewski
With over 25 years experience in our industry, there is not much that George can not fix. When our customers speak of George, I can not help but smile. Because of his people skills and knowledge, there is no better service technician in the South.
Chuck Kraushaar
After almost 30 years in Advertising Sales, Chuck Kraushaar made a mid life career change into the alarm industry working as a Central Station Operator in Upstate New York. After a 5 day vacation on Hilton Head Island in 2002, Chuck’s wife and youngest son convinced him move south joining Custom Security as the Customer Service Manager. Chuck’s client relations skills have proved valuable to our customers starting with a friendly voice on the phone and ending in the direction to meet your needs.
Brandy Adams
In the summer of 2010, Brandy Adams joined the Custom Security Specialists family after 10 years as a Retail Manager. Her experience in retail brings a bubbly personality, exceptional organizational skills, and a desire to deliver the best customer experience. She was brought on board to help take Custom Security to the next level with customer service and is currently managing gate service calls and providing timely follow up. Brandy is also putting her multi-tasking skills to use by dabbling in accounting, customer service and helping Custom Security get into the e-marketing world. You will recognize her as the friendly voice behind the telephone with a passion for meeting other’s needs!
Leon Gotcher
Leon is the latest addition in 2010 to our technical team. Leon came to us with experience in installation and service of most of the systems we currently offer. Finding such rare experience has added another tier to the depth services offered by Custom Security. Leon’s military training and construction background adapted him well for the security business. His thirst for technical knowledge of the industry in the past has quickly brought him to become a true asset to Custom Security today and will continue to serve him, his family and ours customers well for years to come.
